The OB1 MK4 is a high-performance, multi-channel microfluidic pressure vacuum controller based on piezoelectric solenoids.   • Number of pressure channels: up to 256 pressure channels, the number of channels of the default OB1 MK4 pressure flow controller can be selected from 1 to 4;
  • Characteristics between pressure channels: each pressure channel is independent of each other, the pressure output can be controlled independently, and multiple pressure channels can also be coupled together through ESI software to form a linkage work;
  • Pressure channel range: Five pressure ranges are available, namely 0~200 mbar, 0~2000 mbar, 0~8000 mbar, -900 mbar~1000 mbar and -900 mbar~6000 mbar. These 5 pressure channel ranges can be mixed and integrated into the same OB1 MK3+ pressure flow control, such as channel 1 is 0~200 mbar, channel 2 is 0~2000 mbar, channel 3 is -900 mbar~1000 mbar, and channel 4 is -900 mbar~6000 mbar;
  • The number of channels and range can be upgraded: The number of pressure channels and the range range of pressure channels can be upgraded on the basis of existing equipment. For example, if you already have 2 channels of OB1 MK4 pressure flow controller with 0~2000 mbar, you can continue to upgrade 1 pressure channel with a range of -900 mbar~1000 mbar channel on this basis, and the performance of the existing pressure channel will not be affected after the upgrade is completed.
  • Flow Sensor Connection: The high-precision digital flow sensor MFS connects directly to the OB1 MK4 pressure flow controller without the need for third-party adapters;
  • Precise measurement and constant flow control of a wide range of microfluids: The BFS is a mass flow sensor that can directly measure the mass flow, volumetric flow, density and temperature of liquids, and the liquid medium can be single liquid or mixed liquid. More importantly, when measuring each liquid medium, there is no need to calibrate the liquid medium separately, and the measurement accuracy is as high as 0.2% of the measured value. The USB cable connects directly to the computer, eliminating the need for third-party adapters. In addition, BFS flow sensors can also measure the mass flow, volumetric flow, density and temperature of gases. When used in conjunction with the OB1 MK4 pressure flow controller, closed-loop constant current control is possible.
  • Constant Flow Control (Constant Flow Function): Fast response, stable closed-loop fluid flow control for highly accurate microfluidic flow injection and pulsation-free, smooth fluid flow.
  • Diverse waveform control: The free ESI operation software directly provides sine, square, triangle, ramp and custom waveform pressure output control and microfluidic flow control without any programming operation;
  • Flow resistance diagnosis function of the experimental system: The free ESI operation software provides flow resistance diagnosis function for microfluidic experimental systems, which can provide flow resistance optimization suggestions for specific microfluidic experimental equipment systems, greatly improving the rapid stability and responsiveness of fluid control and accurate quantitative injection of micro-upgraded liquid volumes.
  • Pressure Sensor Connection: The MPS pressure sensor can be connected directly to the OB1 MK4 pressure flow controller without the need for a third-party adapter. The pressure sensor MPS can measure fluid pressure fluctuations in a line in real time or achieve constant pressure control of liquids at a fixed point in the pipeline.
