The droplet glass chip is fabricated from borosilicate glass, offering exceptional optical transparency.
The droplet chip structure is a T-shaped configuration with a channel width of 100 μm and a channel depth of 100 μm, suitable for producing oil-in-water droplet microspheres ranging from 90 μm to 300 μm.
Each glass droplet chip contains two independent droplet generation units, equivalent to two glass droplet chips.


The glass droplet chip channel outlet and inlet is positioned on the side. The generated emulsion droplet microspheres flow directly into the PTFE tubing with zero dead volume.


For other types of emulsion droplet glass chips, please provide us with CAD drawings, and we can process them according to the drawings.
To generate water-in-oil emulsion droplets using a glass droplet chip, the channel surface of the glass droplet chip must be treated with the hydrophobic reagent Fluo-ST3. After the channel surface hydrophobic is treated, water-in-oil droplets (i.e., water droplets) can be produced.
