Sales Manager (1-2)

Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the sales indicators assigned by the company, formulate a reasonable sales plan and complete the sales targets according to the plan;
2. Exploration of potential customers (university laboratories, scientific research institutes, hospitals, etc.) and maintenance of customer relationships; sales of technical service solutions and related instruments in the field of biology such as P4SPR biomolecular interaction analyzers and sales of microfluidic equipment and chips;
3. Open up new markets and expand the scope of product sales;
4. Familiar with the product situation, actively and enthusiastically communicate with customers, understand customer needs, provide appropriate technical solutions according to customer applications, and complete sales tasks;
5. Complete the corresponding sales tasks and sales payment recovery tasks;
6. Solve the problems raised by customers in a timely manner to provide satisfactory service;
7. Proficient in the basic knowledge and basic skills in the field of sales, actively communicate with the company’s related departments, do a good job in connection work, and do a good job in business process management;
8. Complete the work assigned by the company or superior leaders on time

Job Requirements:
1. Have 1-2 years of sales experience (the company provides relevant product training)
2. Male or female, bachelor’s degree or above, major in biology and medical basic research; Solid foundation in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, and sales experience in biotechnology services, biological reagents or consumables is preferred.
3. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, responsible, principled, honest, diligent, willing to endure hardships, and proactive in work;
4. Good learning ability, efficient execution, rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good health;
5. Have strong learning ability, creativity and initiative, pioneering spirit, strong customer service awareness and team spirit;
6. Good at communication, strong affinity, flexible response, strong understanding ability and logical thinking ability;
7. Cheerful personality, good affinity, strong communication and expression skills, willing to engage in sales work, strong execution, serious and responsible work, able to withstand greater work pressure.

Career Development:
1. The sales position will be subsequently developed to regional sales manager, regional sales director and sales director;
2. The sales position receives the company’s professional technical training and develops into sales technical manager, application technical service manager, and marketing director
3. Receive professional business training for sales positions and develop into comprehensive business managers;
4. Convert sales positions to other positions such as pre-sales/after-sales technical services and software development.
